Responsibilities
- Plan, control, and review product costing and standard cost calculations.
- Analyze production costs, product profitability, and cost variances.
- Monitor production loss, abnormal costs, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare annual budget, including sales, product cost, factory expenses, selling expenses, and administrative expenses.
- Prepare monthly financial management reports and summarize business performance.
- Review cost reports and profit/loss estimates for accuracy.
- Plan and control annual inventory count in accordance with internal control procedures.
- Ensure cost accounting practices comply with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and related departments to ensure accurate cost data.
- Provide cost analysis and recommendations to management for improvement actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience in cost accounting, product costing, or manufacturing accounting.
- Good knowledge of standard cost, production cost, inventory control, and financial reporting.
- Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and profit/loss analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good command of Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Able to work under deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Manufacturing business experience is preferred.
