Responsibilities
- Develop a strategy and implement marketing plan, marketing mix and strategies for driving sustainable growth of the crop portfolio and analyze in terms of sales and profit goals.
- Lead strategy through marketing plan and execution. This may include trade promotion consumer promotion etc.
- Fully responsible for P&L, market share.
- Support Brand strategy development via defining brand identity and mentality and translate them into clear brand book guidelines.
- Identify segmentation and SKU portfolio (including future innovations) with agronomist and R&D (based on crop responsibility)
- Monitor competitive landscape to set price and product positioning to action.
- Conduct market research in order to design, execute and interpret results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ overall experience in Marketing/Brand Management, FMCG background preferred.
- Strong Brand management and/or Sales, Business development knowledge, plus basic finance knowledge, P&L Management, research knowledge (identifying and turning insights into actionable plans/execution), media tools (offline/online media)
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership skills, result-oriented, self-motivated
- Data-driven with strong analytical & problem-solving.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Good command of speaking and writing in English.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Offices and presentation tools.
