Responsibilities
1.IT Procurement and Budget Control
• Manage IT vendor sourcing, evaluation, and selection processes
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance
• Manage contract lifecycle, including renewals and regulatory requirements
• Own and manage IT Maintenance Agreements (MA) and third-party contracts
• Drive cost optimization initiatives through negotiation and solution review
2.IT Governance & Documentation
• Maintain and update IT policies, SOPs, and procedures
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation for audit and compliance
• Review and validate documents before management approval/sign-off
• Support continuous improvement of IT governance practices
3.DRP & Business Coordination
• Coordinate annual Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) testing
• Engage business users and IT teams in DRP exercises
• Consolidate test results and prepare DRP reports
• Ensure DRP activities are completed and reported within timeline
Qualifications
• 5+ years in IT Governance, IT Procurement or related roles
• Strong experience in vendor management, contract management, and SLA monitoring
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, policies, and SOPs
• Knowledge of IT audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and cost management skills
• Understanding of DRP/BCP processes
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

What you will do
