Responsibilities

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities for enterprise transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for driving business requirements, solution design, process improvement, stakeholder management, and successful project delivery across multiple strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, project managers, architects, developers, QA teams, and external vendors to ensure business solutions are aligned with organizational objectives while mentoring Business Analysts and promoting best practices across the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Leadership
• Lead end-to-end requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation activities for large or complex initiatives
• Drive requirement workshops with business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), workflows, user manuals, technical guides, and process diagrams to support system implementation and user understanding.
• Drive adoption of BA standards, templates, and best practices.

2. Solution Design & Process Improvement
• Analyze business problems and recommend practical technology solutions.
• Design end-to-end business processes and operational workflows.
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessments.
• Provide recommendations that balance business needs and technical feasibility

3. Stakeholder Management
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions with Business, IT, and project teams
• Act as the key liaison between business and technology teams
• Build alignment among stakeholders across functions and entities.
• Support release planning and implementation readiness.

4. Delivery & Execution
• Ensure complete requirement traceability throughout the SDLC.
• Write clear and testable acceptance criteria, ensuring shared understanding across business, development, and QA teams.
• Monitor dependencies, risks, and requirement impacts across workstreams.
• Support defect analysis and solution validation.
• Support post-implementation reviews.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and technical teams
• Support smooth execution and communication across delivery teams
• Ensure alignment between project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Multi-tasking effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in large-scale or complex projects
• Insurance or Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to work well within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess cross-functional impacts and drive informed decisions.
• Ability to interpret and work with data to support analysis, validate requirements, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive experience in writing functional specifications documents (BRD, FSD, User Stories) 
• Proficiency in documentation in both Thai and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
