Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, conferences, and key business activities.
Coordinate closely with executives, department heads, and executive secretaries to facilitate the effective operation of the Corporate Office.
Prepare meeting agendas, supporting documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required by the CEO and management.
Attend management and steering committee meetings, prepare accurate meeting minutes, summarize key decisions, and track agreed action items.
Follow up on tasks and action items assigned by the CEO to management teams and provide regular or weekly status updates to the CEO.
Draft, review, edit, and coordinate business correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive communications.
Support the CEO on strategic projects, corporate initiatives, research, data gathering, report preparation, and cross-functional coordination.
Act as a key coordination point between the CEO and internal departments to ensure priorities, decisions, and assigned actions are communicated and completed within agreed timelines.
Assist in organizing Board meetings, management meetings, company events, executive functions, and other special activities to ensure smooth and professional execution.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO and company management, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas or travel documentation, and detailed travel itineraries.
Monitor important deadlines, commitments, and corporate matters requiring the CEO’s attention and proactively provide reminders and updates.
Organize and maintain confidential records, documents, reports, and files to ensure accurate and efficient accessibility.
Handle sensitive and confidential business and management information with the highest level of discretion.
Perform other duties, assignments, and special projects as assigned by the CEO.

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, CEO Office, Corporate Office, or in a similar role supporting C-level or senior executives.
Excellent command of both
Thai and English
, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational, coordination, time-management, and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail.
Able to prepare professional meeting minutes, executive reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
