Import Operation Officer - Premium360 Co., Ltd.

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end import processes for premium goods.
• Communicate with overseas suppliers to confirm order details, shipping schedules, and required Documentation.
• Prepare and review shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and certificates.
• Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Work with government agencies such as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI), and other relevant authorities to obtain import permits.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any shipping or clearance issues.
• Maintain accurate import records and ensure compliance with relevant import regulations.
• Collaborate with the purchasing and logistics teams to optimize timelines and costs.

*** Experience in coordinating with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI), Department of Primary Industries and Mines, or other government agencies for import permit applications will be considered an advantage.

• 30 - 35 Years Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Previous experience in import.
• Good verbal and written communication skill in English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of import and export processes.
• Can Start immediately
