Assistant Sales Operations Manager - Premium360 Co., Ltd.

• Report directly to the management. The candidate must be able to communicate in English.
• Assist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies for premium products and souvenirs.
• Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and present updates to management.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Maintain good relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Support the development of promotional activities and marketing materials.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and after-sales support.

• Female 30 - 45 Years
• The candidate must be able to communicate in English and report directly to the management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in people management, coordination, and reporting. (Experience in the premium products or souvenir business will be considered an advantage.)
• Strong understanding of sales processes, logistics, and marketing trends.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Service-minded with a positive attitude.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
