Assistant Finance And Accounting Manager - Fischer Tech (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

The Asst. Finance & Accounting Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all finance and accounting activities to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, effective cash flow management, tax compliance, and continuous improvement of financial processes. This role supports business decision-making through financial analysis while driving system implementation and process automation to improve operational efficiency.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze financial performance and provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Manage cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and monitor daily financial transactions.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
• Support and optimize SAP Finance processes to improve operational efficiency and internal controls.
• Develop and improve financial processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CIMA certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with SAP systems and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) is required.
