Assembly Supervisor (Chonburi Site) - Fischer Tech (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assembly Operations Management
Plan, control, and monitor assembly production to meet production schedules
Manage assembly lines to achieve target Productivity
Analyze and resolve line stoppages, bottlenecks, and downtime issues
Coordinate closely with the Injection department to ensure smooth material flow
2. Lean Manufacturing
Implement Lean principles such as Kaizen, 5S, line balancing, and waste reduction
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Monitor KPIs and lead improvement projects
3. ESD Control
Ensure proper implementation of ESD control systems in assembly areas
Monitor ESD equipment such as wrist straps, ESD mats, and grounding systems
Provide training to employees on ESD standards and compliance
4. Quality

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
At least
5–10 years of experience
in manufacturing, preferably in plastic injection or assembly operations.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts
Knowledge of ESD control standards (especially in electronics manufacturing)
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Good communicate in English
