Process Engineer - Thailand Smelting and Refining Co., Ltd. (Thaisarco)

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring targets for output, quality, and safety are consistently met.
• Lead and support the team to achieve operational goals and overall KPI targets.
• Ensure all processes comply with environmental, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements; solve unexpected operational problems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid experience in production or plant operations at a senior engineer level, with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational improvement.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
• Experience working in environments with strict safety and environmental compliance.
