Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute overall business strategies for all 5 brands, aligned with corporate objectives and OEM/principal guidelines.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to drive short- and long-term growth.
  • Own and manage P&L performance for each brand and showroom.

2. Sales & Marketing Management

  • Oversee sales targets for new cars, used cars, and related products across all locations.
  • Develop and control marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and CRM activities (online and offline).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key business partners.
3. After-Sales Operations
  • Ensure after-sales service operations (service centers, parts, and repair) meet brand standards and operational KPIs.
  • Enhance customer experience and maintain CSI / NPS scores in line with brand and company targets.
4. Multi-Branch Operations Management
  • Ensure consistent operational standards and performance across all showroom locations.
  • Monitor branch performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive showroom management, retail, or related industries, with senior management exposure.
  • Proven experience managing multiple brands and/or multiple locations is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales, after-sales operations, and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex, multi-dimensional organizations
