Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare quotations and various sales-related documents to support sales members.
• Summarize marketing data and sales activity reports.
• Coordinate import activities, including communication with shipping agents.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and liaise with factories regarding plant-related matters.
• Issue billing documents & invoices and follow up on payments.
• Support the sales team and coordinate with other divisions as required by the Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Experience in sales support or sales administration is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
