Responsibilities
- วางแผนและดำเนินการกลยุทธ์การสรรหาบุคลากรให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการขององค์กร
- บริหารจัดการกระบวนการสรรหาตั้งแต่การระบุตำแหน่งงาน การคัดกรอง ไปจนถึงการสัมภาษณ์
- พัฒนาและนำเสนอโครงการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากรเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะและความสามารถ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่อทำความเข้าใจความต้องการด้านกำลังคนและการพัฒนาบุคลากร
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการสรรหาและผลการฝึกอบรมเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้สมัครและผู้ให้บริการภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดูแลให้การดำเนินงานด้านการสรรหาและฝึกอบรมเป็นไปตามนโยบายและระเบียบของบริษัท
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการสรรหาและฝึกอบรมบุคลากร 5-10 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจเชิงลึกในกระบวนการสรรหาและเครื่องมือที่ใช้ เช่น Job Board และ LinkedIn Recruiter
- มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบและดำเนินการหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมสำหรับพนักงาน
- ทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีมขนาดเล็ก จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
