Responsibilities
- Execute marketing activities to achieve individual sales targets.
- Prospect and acquire new customers through various channels, including telesales and events.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure accurate updates within the CRM system.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers.
- Present and educate customers on company business and product offerings.
- Follow up and collect lease agreements, COA, KYC documents, and tax certificates from customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Procurement, Service Center, and Collection for related requirements.
Qualifications
- Male or Female
- Age 22-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related business field
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a car
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong quantitative skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities
- Service-minded, logical thinker, and eager to learn
