Responsibilities
1. Marketing, developing and planning company service to executing and prospected customers and/or supplier
2. Negotiating initial terms and conditions with customers and preparing lease quotations for customers
3. Collecting all documents and analyzing the credit (risk), preparing and presenting to higher direct supervisor and authorized approver
4. Coordinating with related departments to prepare a lease agreement and other related documents including purchase order
5. Inspection of leased asset (if applicable) by checking the quality of leased asset before payment to suppliers.
6. Coordinating with related departments and arrange the collecting the payment from customers (PDC, Billing and etc)
7. Arranging and executing the lease contract and approving payment made to the supplier for the purchase of the leased assets
8. Servicing, assisting and solving requests, problems or enquiries coordinating with other relevant departments
9. Assisting his/ her direct supervisor to execute his duties.
10. Controlling, following-up and coordinating with a debt collector to follow-up overdue customers
Qualifications
- Male
- Bachelor degree in Economic, Marketing or related fields
- Good command of English in communication and writing skill
- Experience in Leasing, Banking, Analysis, Marketing etc.
