Responsibilities
- Coordinate and negotiate with banks, HQ, and related parties regarding new or additional loan facilities, renewal of existing bank facilities, debenture issuance, and all daily treasury operations.
- Review loan agreements, debenture documentation, and relevant treasury documents to secure optimal terms and conditions and ensure compliance with HQ policy. Negotiate and coordinate with HQ for corporate guarantee issuance.
- Monitor daily cash flow, loan utilization, and negotiate interest rates with banks.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports for both TOLC and HQ.
- Develop funding plans aligned with business requirements, market conditions, global interest rate trends, and Asset-Liability Management (ALM) strategies.
- Provide necessary information to banks, investors, and regulatory bodies (SEC & Thai BMA).
- Track money market environments to inform funding management strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and relevant parties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in fundraising through offshore, onshore, and debenture markets.
- Proven ability to manage interest rate and FX risks using derivative products such as Cross Currency Swaps, Interest Rate Swaps, forward contracts, and options.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
- At least 5 years of experience in reviewing and revising loan agreements to secure optimal terms and conditions while ensuring compliance with HQ policy.
- Strong logical thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under time pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
