Responsibilities
Content Planning:
• Develop content strategy and plan to drive brand awareness and engagement across monthly initiatives and campaigns/events.
• Coordinate with tenants to gather information and assets for new store openings, product launches, promotion, and related activities.
• Monitor market movements to identify industry trends, new growth opportunities, and potential ways to support tenants through social media exposure.
Content Creation:
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand direction and campaign objectives.
• Handle basic and timely content creation for quick updates, announcements, and simple visual posts.
• Coordinate with external parties to produce engaging content across digital platforms.
• Review and ensure the quality, tone, and visual style of content align with the brand image.
Social Media Management:
• Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Line Official Account, TikTok)
• Manage moderate-level media buying focused on awareness and engagement.
• Analyze and optimize content and ad performance, delivering weekly online reports.
PR & Influencers:
• Identify and select influencers aligned with the brand direction.
• Develop influencer briefs, define clear deliverables, and oversee content quality.
• Support PR brief development and coordinate with PR agency.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, content planning, or social media management.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and up-to-date with social media trends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in retail and knowledge of golf would be an advantage.
• Ability to work quickly, manage multiple suppliers, and meet tight deadlines.
