RFQ Management & Feasibility

• Lead RFQ activities for new product opportunities
• Define manufacturing process flow and coordinate CSR requirements with related teams
• Assign RFQ tasks to each process owner for cost calculation and feasibility review
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to evaluate preliminary feasibility
• Summarize process costs and feasibility data for quotation preparation with the Sales team

APQP & Project Management

• Lead APQP activities and define project milestones and quality deliverables
• Manage project timelines and monitor progress to ensure on-time launch
• Organize technical reviews and project meetings with customers and internal teams
• Ensure PPAP documents are completed and submitted on schedule
• Support product transfer from development stage to mass production after PPAP approval

Customer Communication

• Act as the main contact person for customer project updates, technical discussions, and sample submissions
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate and align activities among related departments
• Support production capacity planning for new projects
• Other Assignments
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management

Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any related field

• Strong understanding of APQP, core quality tools (such as PPAP and FMEA), and manufacturing processes, with experience working across different departments.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken, to work effectively with internal teams and customers.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision, with good documentation and organizational skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
