Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop the cleaning process after machining operations.
- Establish cleaning standards such as Cleanliness Standards, Particle Control, and Residual Oil Control.
- Select and control the use of chemicals for the cleaning process.
- Analyze quality issues related to oil stains, machining chips, rust, or contamination.
- Improve process parameters such as chemical concentration, ultrasonic settings, washing time, and drying.
- Prepare WI, SOP, Control Plans, process standard and test reports summarize process improvement results.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Suppliers, and Customers in case of quality issues.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis using 5Why, Fishbone, or other analytical methods.
- Control and monitor chemical concentration, including chemical solution life cycle management.
- Support New Model, New Process, and Process Improvement activities.
- Ensure processes comply with safety and environmental requirements.
- Perform, review and update ISO9001 procedure & work instruction which issued and related documents.
- Perform, review and update ISO14001 procedure & work instruction which issued and related documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of engineering in Chemical, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, Materials, IE or related field.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft (MS) and computer engineering applications.
- If you have a special experience of cleaning process and chemical treatment mill will be considered.
- Good command of written and spoken english.
- Experiences and practice in cleaning process and chemical treatment.
- Strong leadership,good personnality,self motivated and active.
