Account Management (English communication) - Global - Thaixon Precision Industry Co., Ltd.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer communication and coordination.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review customer inquiries and RFQ (Request for Quotation) requirements.
• Prepare cost analyses and quotations, and submit proposals to customers.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Engineering, Production, and Planning, to ensure project feasibility and timely responses.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure awarded projects are delivered on schedule.
• Communicate technical requirements between customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate First Article Inspection (FAI) activities and reviews with relevant departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support long-term business growth.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Tool Engineering, or a related field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in quotation preparation, cost analysis, or project coordination is an advantage.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, and production flow.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-oriented mindset.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, precision machining, or industrial products.
• Experience handling RFQs, quotations, project management, or key customer accounts.
• Familiarity with FAI processes and APQP-related activities is a plus.
