• Formulation & Execution: Execute product formulations and prepare laboratory samples according to project briefs. Conduct rigorous physical and chemical testing (e.g., viscosity, adhesion, weathering, and dry time).

• Raw Material Analysis: Assist in evaluating and testing new or alternative raw materials to drive Cost Optimization and performance enhancement without compromising quality.

• Technical Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all experimental data. Draft Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and comprehensive lab reports in compliance with ISO/ASTM standards.

• Scale-up Support: Collaborate with the Production team to transition successful lab-scale formulations to mass production, assisting in troubleshooting any batch inconsistencies.

• Lab Stewardship: Ensure all laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained. Adhere strictly to chemical safety protocols and maintain an organized, safe working environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an R&D or Lab environment. (We are also open to high-potential Fresh Graduates who have completed relevant internships in paints, coatings, or construction chemicals).

• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of chemical properties, resin systems, and standard testing methodologies (e.g., ASTM, ISO).

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Language: Competent in English (written and spoken) for reading technical papers and writing reports.
