Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR & Labor Relations

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations for the factory, ensuring all activities align with corporate goals and local production needs.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Thai Labor Laws and internal policies to mitigate legal risks.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of foreign worker management (MOU, Visa, Work Permits) with high accuracy.
  • Act as a strategic mediator in labor disputes, fostering a culture of fairness and mutual respect.

2. Employee Engagement & Cultural Transformation

  • Design and execute high-impact Employee Engagement initiatives tailored to a diverse manufacturing workforce.
  • Develop internal communication strategies that ensure transparency and boost morale across all shifts.
  • Proactively identify "pain points" on the production floor and implement solutions to improve retention and workplace harmony.
3. Talent Development & Performance Management

  • Drive the People Development agenda by implementing Skill Matrices and Training Roadmaps (Technical & Soft Skills).
  • Manage the performance appraisal process (KPIs) to ensure high productivity and clear career paths for factory staff.
  • Coach and mentor the local HR team to become proactive business partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10–15 years of HR experience in a Manufacturing / Factory environment.
  • Scale: Proven track record of managing a workforce of 500+ employees.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Employee Relations, and Foreign Worker Management (MOU).
  • Leadership: A people-oriented, confident, and hands-on leader who can communicate effectively at all levels.
