Responsibilities
- Contractor Management: สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อและวิศวกรโครงการของผู้รับเหมาหลัก เพื่อสนับสนุนการใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์
- Site Coordination: ประสานงานเข้าสำรวจหน้างาน ตรวจสอบการเตรียมพื้นผิว และให้คำแนะนำเทคนิคการใช้งานสีเบเยอร์ให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน
- Supply Chain Sync: บริหารจัดการยอดสั่งซื้อ (Forecast) และประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดส่งเพื่อให้สินค้าถึงหน้างานทันตามกำหนดการก่อสร้าง (Just-in-Time)
- Problem Solving: แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้ากรณีสินค้ามีปัญหา หรือการเคลมสินค้าหน้างาน เพื่อไม่ให้กระทบต่อแผนงานของผู้รับเหมา
- Documentation: จัดทำเอกสารอนุมัติวัสดุ (Material Approval) และเอกสารรับประกันผลงาน (Warranty) ร่วมกับทีมเทคนิค
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป ในสาขาโยธา, สถาปัตย์ หรือบริหารธุรกิจ (หากมีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านงานช่างจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีประสบการณ์ประสานงานโครงการก่อสร้าง หรือขายสินค้าเข้าผู้รับเหมา 1-3 ปี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและโน้มน้าวใจ
- สามารถอ่านแบบก่อสร้างเบื้องต้นได้ หรือเข้าใจขั้นตอนการทำงานในไซต์งาน
- มีความกระตือรือร้นสูง และติดตามงานจนจบ
- Requirements: มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบขับขี่ สามารถเดินทางไปไซต์งานต่างๆ ในเขต กทม. และปริมณฑลได้
