HR Recruitment Officer - Beger Co.,Ltd.

• 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. (Prior experience in the Manufacturing or Industrial sector is highly desirable).
• Tech-savvy with the ability to utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency (e.g., using AI for drafting emails, summarizing candidate profiles, or creating basic recruitment materials).
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organization, from production staff to factory management.
• Proactive, resilient, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills. Must possess a good understanding of the dynamic nature of a factory environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Political Science, or a related field.

• Proven track record in recruiting for Engineering or specialized Technical roles is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Canva or basic video editing software to create engaging Recruitment Content.
