Responsibilities
- In-Store Activation: วางแผนและดำเนินการกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย In Store Activation ในร้านค้าช่องทาง TT
- Visibility & POSM: ดูแลเรื่อง Visibility การจัดเรียงสินค้า พื้นที่ Display และเครื่องมือ POSM ในร้านค้า
- Communication & Guidelines: สื่อสาร Campaign & Execution Guideline ไปยังทีมขาย ร้านค้า และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
- Sales Evaluation: ประเมินยอดขายและวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของกิจกรรมในร้านค้าที่ได้ดำเนินการไปแล้ว
- Market Insights: ออกตลาดเพื่อพบปะร้านค้าและลูกค้า เพื่อวิเคราะห์ตลาดและความเคลื่อนไหวของคู่แข่ง
- PC Team Management: บริหารและพัฒนาทีม PC ร้านค้า กำหนดเป้าหมายการขาย กิจกรรม และสินค้าที่ต้องการผลักดัน
- Project Support: กำหนดเป้าหมายการเข้างานโครงการร่วมกับทีมขาย เพื่อผลักดันการขายในช่องทางงานโครงการ
- Signage Management: บริหารจัดการป้ายของร้านค้า ทั้งรูปแบบป้าย โครงสร้าง และทะเบียนป้าย
- AI & Innovation: พัฒนาระบบ Beger AI สนับสนุนการขาย และวิเคราะห์ประมวลผลเพื่อนำมาต่อยอดการขาย
- Strategic Coordination: ประสานงานทั้งภายนอกและภายในองค์กรเพื่อดำเนินการตามแผนงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมายรวมกัน
- Reporting & Analysis: สรุปงานเป็นเอกสาร และข้อมูลยอดขายทุกช่องทางจัดจำหน่ายเป็นรายเดือน รายไตรมาส และรายปี
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Trade Marketing หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3 - 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในการใช้ MS Office ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดีเยี่ยม
- มีความเข้าใจในพฤติกรรมลูกค้าช่องทางร้านค้า (TT) และกลุ่มช่างผู้รับเหมา
