Product Marketing Executive - Beger Co.,Ltd.

• Strategic Planning: Formulate marketing strategies and develop STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) models. Conduct SWOT analysis to establish a competitive edge within the industrial market.

• Product Development: Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Technical, Production, and Sales teams to plan and execute New Product Launches (NPL) while managing the entire Product Life Cycle (PLC).

• Marketing Assets: Create end-to-end marketing collateral, including physical Catalogs and Sample Boards, as well as digital content and integrated marketing campaigns.

• Sales Support: Empower the sales force with technical product insights, organize product workshops, and develop high-impact proposals/presentations for industrial projects.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Science, or Engineering. (A fundamental understanding of Chemistry is a significant advantage).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in industrial marketing or a strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes.

            Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of the HDC (Heavy Duty Coating) market.
• Proficient in Market Analysis.
• Ability to manage both Online and Offline marketing activities effectively.

• Soft Skills: Excellent Presentation Skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
