Product Marketing Executive - Beger Co.,Ltd.

• Formulate marketing strategies and develop Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) models, including conducting SWOT analysis to establish a competitive edge in the industrial market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Technical, Production, and Sales teams to plan and execute New Product Launches (NPL) and manage the entire Product Life Cycle (PLC).
• Create comprehensive marketing collateral, including physical catalogs and sample boards, along with digital content and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Provide sales support through technical product insights, organize product workshops, and develop impactful proposals and presentations for industrial projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Science, or Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in industrial marketing or a strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes.
• Solid understanding of the HDC (Heavy Duty Coating) market.
• Proficiency in Market Analysis.
• Ability to effectively manage both online and offline marketing activities.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A fundamental understanding of Chemistry is a plus.
