Responsibilities
- ดูแลกระบวนการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน ไตรมาส และประจำปี ให้เสร็จสิ้นตามกำหนดเวลาด้วยความแม่นยำ
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบการกระทบยอดบัญชี (Reconciliation) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความผิดปกติและปรับปรุงรายการให้ถูกต้อง
- รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางบัญชี เพื่อจัดทำรายงานสรุปเสนอต่อผู้บริหารและสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจทางธุรกิจ
- ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก (External Audit) และหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น กรมสรรพากร) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าบริษั
- ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน TFRS และกฎหมายภาษีอากรอย่างถูกต้อง
- มีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาระบบ ERP และปรับปรุงขั้นตอนการทำงานในทีมให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ตรง 3-5 ปี ในสายงานบัญชี General Ledger หรือ Corporate Accounting
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเชิงลึกในมาตรฐานการรายงานทางการเงิน (TFRS) และกฎหมายภาษีอากร
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมบัญชี/ERP (เช่น SAP, Oracle หรือระบบที่ใกล้เคียง) และมีทักษะ Microsoft Excel ในระดับดีเยี่ยม (PivotTable, VLOOKUP)
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ บริหารจัดการเวลาได้ดี และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่สามารถอธิบายเรื่องบัญชีให้แผนกอื่นเข้าใจได้ง่าย
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจผลิต ธุรกิจค้าปลีก หรือเคมีภัณฑ์ก่อสร้าง
- คุ้นเคยกับการใช้เครื่องมือ Automation หรือ Data Visualization เบื้องต้น
