Responsibilities
- วางแผนและดำเนินการจัดส่งสินค้าให้ลูกค้าตามกำหนดเวลา
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต และฝ่ายขนส่ง เพื่อเตรียมสินค้าให้พร้อมสำหรับการจัดส่ง
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสินค้า จำนวน และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องก่อนการจัดส่ง
- ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้า และแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นระหว่างการจัดส่ง
- ประสานงานกับบริษัทขนส่งหรือพนักงานขับรถ เพื่อให้การจัดส่งเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ดูแลและตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของสินค้าก่อนและหลังการจัดส่ง
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขาโลจิสติกส์ การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานจัดส่งสินค้า หรือโลจิสติกส์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีทักษะในการประสานงาน แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Ms Office ได้ดี
