Responsibilities
1. สรรหา คัดเลือก และประเมินผลซัพพลายเออร์ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
2. เจรจาต่อรองราคา พิจารณาคัดเลือกให้ตรงตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในใบขอซื้อ
3. จัดทำ และติดตามสินค้าตามใบขอซื้อ ให้ทันตามกำหนดเวลา
4. ออกใบสั่งซื้อ ตรวจสอบใบเสนอราคา เปรียบเทียบราคา
5. จัดทำเอกสารใบสั่งซื้อ และเสนอผู้มีอำนาจดำเนินการอนุมัติ
6. รวบรวม และจัดทำข้อมูลเอกสารคุณภาพ 9001 และ 14001 ในระบบงานจัดซื้อ
7. จัดทำมาตรฐานราคา (Price List)
8. จัดหา จัดเตรียม จัดทำ เอกสารคุณภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อมกลุ่มสารเคมี
9. บันทึกและจัดเก็บข้อมูลในระบบ ERP ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Ms Office ได้ดี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และบริหารเวลาได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานจัดซื้อ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
