Responsibilities
1.Meeting & Coordination Support
-Support meeting coordination (internal & management meeting)
-Take meeting notes in English and summarize key issue and action items.
-Prepare and Organize meeting reports.
2.Project Data & Planning
-Support data collection and analysis
-Prepare reports based on data analysis
-Assist in tracking project performance (progress of project revenue)
3.Presentation & Reporting
-Prepare executive presentation materials for management.
-Support report preparation for internal and global engineering meeting
4.Improvement projects support
-Support initiatives such as AI utilization, digital transformation tools. knownledge database development ,and work standardization.
-Participate in pilot projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree, Major in Mechanical Engineering.
2.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3.Proficient in Excel (basic VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and PivotTable).
4.Good command of English TOEIC 600+
