System Analyst - Entronica Co., Ltd.

Responsibility:

- Interact with Customer to determine detailed requirements for features and design attractive, usable software solutions.

- Understand business requirements thoroughly and provide hands-on expertise and leadership to gather and analyses requirements, translate business requirements into functional specifications, design user and system interfaces, deploy and maintain production level software systems.

- Software documentation thus System workflow, Use case, ER-Diagram, Data dictionary, Basic and Program specification.

- Design and develop high quality, high performance software applications using the latest technologies, innovations and software best practices.

- Participate actively in planning our iterative based on project management process.

- Lead and/or mentor junior System Analyst.

- Ability to focus on multiple projects at once and to troubleshoot problems quickly.

- Support our product at the client site.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or technically related field, or equivalent education/experience.

- A minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in System Analysis area and Software Development.

- Strong demonstrated experience in developing software products in a disciplined team and within disciplined software development approaches, including test-driven development, refactoring, and object-oriented analysis/design.

- Ability to operate effectively and provide leadership to peers in organization and effective manner in an environment that has rapidly shifting demands and priorities.

- Knowledge in SQL and Non SQL. 

- Excellent in presentation skills. 

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

- Able to coach effectively as well as having management and self-organization skills.

- Good communication skills, strong team spirit with a positive, can-do attitude and comfortable working in a highly flexible environment.

- Eager to learn new technologies.
