Responsibilities
Environment & Platform Readiness
• เตรียมและจัดการ Environment สำหรับ Dev, SIT, UAT, Performance Test และ Production
• ดำเนินการ Infrastructure Provisioning
• เตรียม Connectivity และดำเนินการ Platform Onboarding
Architecture & Integration Enablement
• ออกแบบ Physical Architecture และ Network Connectivity
• เตรียมการ Service Integration ระหว่างระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• จัดทำ Monitoring Architecture เพื่อรองรับการติดตามระบบ
Deployment & Release Readiness
• เตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับ Production Deployment และจัดทำ Deployment Definition
• ดำเนินการ Monitoring & Alarm Integration
• ทำ Performance Tuning และ Capacity Planning
• จัดทำ SRA (Service Readiness Assessment)
Knowledge Transfer & Operational Enablement
• จัดอบรมทั้งรูปแบบ Classroom Training และ On-the-job Training ให้ทีมปฏิบัติการ
• จัดทำ Work Instruction สำหรับการดำเนินงาน
• ให้การสนับสนุนช่วง Hypercare หลัง Go-live
Advanced Technical Support (3rd Tier)
• ดำเนินการ Cross-system Troubleshooting และ Architecture-level Investigation
• ประสานงานกับทีม Development เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงเทคนิค
• สนับสนุนการจัดการ Major Incident และจัดทำ Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Qualifications
• Environment / Connectivity / Platform Readiness / observability
• Physical Architecture, Connectivity Diagram, Integration Readiness
• Production Readiness, Release Readiness, Operation Handover Package
• Knowledge Transfer Completion, Operational Readiness
