Process Engineering - HOYA OPTICS (THAILAND) LTD.

• Improve product quality to meet production and customer requirements.
• Support the start-up of new models and daily manufacturing operations.
• Maintain and improve chemical process standards to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement activities to optimize performance and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with production teams to enhance overall productivity.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate process data to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure timely communication with related departments to prevent or resolve issues.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or a related engineering field.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office, Minitab, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and technical drawing software.
• Strong leadership qualities, self-motivated, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure.
• Experience in process design or process improvement is an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in automation will be an added advantage
