Quality Engineer - HOYA OPTICS (THAILAND) LTD.

• Lead and support process improvement initiatives to enhance both product quality and process efficiency.
• Oversee inspection activities, conduct daily process audits, and manage corrective actions resulting from audit findings.
• Ensure effective quality control through structured reviews, verification activities, and systematic inspections.
• Collaborate closely with Production team to achieve, maintain, and continuously improve key quality KPIs.
• Coordinate with Supplier Quality Management (SQM), Quality team, and Distribution Center to ensure quality of incoming materials for distribution processes.
• Develop, define, update, and implement Quality SOPs and Work Instructions to standardize operations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on quality-related issues occurring in shop floor operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or a related engineering field.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills using tools such as 8D reports, Why-Why analysis, etc.
• Logical thinker with a problem-solving mindset, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills with ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data analysis.
