Purchasing Officer - HOYA OPTICS (THAILAND) LTD.

• Procure materials and equipment essential for plant operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to plan material usage in production process.
• Review and analyze material requirements to ensure adequate supply for production.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft AX for managing purchasing and planning data.
• Enter and maintain data within the system to ensure operational efficiency.
• Analyze data and generate various reports using relevant programs.
• Monitor status of ordered goods and prepare procurement status reports.
• Track deliveries from suppliers and inspect the quality of incoming goods.
• Manage procurement budget and plan resource utilization efficiently.
• Prepare expenditure reports and analyze resource usage to align operations with plan.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing within an industrial plant.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft AX programs.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and high responsibility.
