Process Engineer - HOYA OPTICS (THAILAND) LTD.

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Design, develop and implement new processes and technologies to increase automation and streamline operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve production bottlenecks
• Conduct testing and evaluations to validate the effectiveness of process improvements
• Create detailed documentation and provide training to production staff on new processes
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing successful process improvements
• Proficient in data analysis, process optimization techniques and project management
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
