Responsibilities
- รวบรวม จัดเก็บ และจัดเตรียมข้อมูลจากกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อใช้ในการวิเคราะห์
- สนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสำหรับ Time Study, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) และการระบุจุดคอขวดในกระบวนการผลิต
- ร่วมค้นหาและเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิตร่วมกับทีมวิศวกร Continuous Improvement (CI) และทีมงานข้ามสายงาน
- สนับสนุนการจัดทำรายงาน สรุปผลการวิเคราะห์ และนำเสนอข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ใช้เครื่องมือและซอฟต์แวร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
Qualifications
- กำลังศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, Automation Engineering หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานในการใช้โปรแกรม CAD/CAM เช่น SolidWorks หรือ SolidCAM
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยสามารถใช้ Power BI, Python หรือเครื่องมือที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
- มีความสนใจด้านการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นและทีมงานข้ามสายงานได้
