Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment in the production process.
  • Analyze and resolve machine-related problems, including PLC control systems.
  • Read technical drawings and perform design work using SolidWorks.
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize maintenance and engineering-related documentation systematically.
  • Collect operational data and analyze it to identify root causes, corrective actions, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Manage and maintain technical data and documentation accurately and completely, ensuring proper traceability and easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to support problem-solving activities and production process improvement.

    • Qualifications

  • Experience in Maintenance and machinery/equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in PLC systems.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks.
  • Good skills in documentation and data management.
  • Able to analyze and summarize data to support problem-solving and work/process improvement.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation and multiple tasks systematically.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Job Summary
    SR. Technician supports production operations through machine maintenance, troubleshooting, PLC systems, and technical problem-solving. The role works closely with Engineers and Production teams to improve machine reliability, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
