Warehouse Officer - HOYA OPTICS (THAILAND) LTD.

• Receive incoming goods and verify the accuracy of related documents.
• Process goods issuance and ensure proper storage in accordance with the FIFO system.

• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy.
• Prepare reports and maintain warehouse records.
• Prepare and control documentation for goods destruction, transfers, and repairs.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments.

• Handle documentation related to IEAT and Customs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics , Supply Chain , Management or a related field.
•  Experience and knowledge in warehouse management, inventory control, and the FIFO system.
• Knowledge of ISO systems, chemical storage, and customs documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, e-PP (IEAT) or other systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
