Marketing Manager - Readyplanet Public Company Limited

Own quarterly campaign plans for priority products/segments; hit MQL, pipeline, and ROI targets.

Lead integrated campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, Meta/TikTok/YouTube, LINE OA, email, webinars, and events.

Manage content production (landing pages, case studies, ads, emails, decks) with clear messaging and CTAs.

Optimize paid media and website conversion (A/B testing, GA4 analysis, CRO).

Build and nurture the lead funnel with CRM & marketing automation (scoring, workflows, lifecycle).

Coordinate with Sales on offers, enablement materials, and feedback loops to improve conversion.

Track budgets, report performance, and present insights with clear recommendations.

Guide agencies and junior marketers to deliver on time and on brand.

5+ years of marketing experience in B2B, digital, or martech; campaign ownership end-to-end.

Experience in B2B Technology, SaaS, or digital platform businesses (similar to Readyplanet's business model) is a strong plus and will be given special consideration.

Strong grasp of funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → revenue), CAC/ROI, attribution basics.

Hands-on with GA4, ad platforms (Google/Meta/TikTok), and CRM/automation (any modern tool).

Excellent project management, copy sense, and data-driven decision-making.

Thai proficiency (professional) and workable English for internal coordination and content review.

Proficient in utilizing a wide range of Generative AI tools to optimize marketing workflows and enhance productivity.

Bonus: SEO/ASO know-how, webinar/event management, basic design skills, or experience marketing digital products or software platforms to Thai SMEs.
