Responsibilities
- Present and provide product information on valves and instrumentation to clients
- Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and offer technical advice
- Prepare technical documentation and product proposals for sales initiatives
- Support the sales team by providing product insights and addressing customer inquiries
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Participate in continuous training on new products and technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Understanding of valve products or industrial measurement instruments used in factories
- 0-5 years of experience in sales or product support
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical information clearly
- Good proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 700 or higher)
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and learn new concepts
- Experience in the petrochemical or power plant industries is a plus.
