Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- รับผิดชอบกระบวนการจัดซื้อ ตั้งแต่การค้นหาผู้ขาย ขอใบเสนอราคา เปรียบเทียบราคา เจรจาต่อรอง ออก PO และติดตามสินค้า
- จัดการฐานข้อมูลผู้ขายทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ (จีน, ยุโรป ฯลฯ)
- ตรวจสอบว่าวัสดุหรือบริการตรงตามสเปคทางเทคนิคและความต้องการของโครงการ
- ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งและประสานงานกับคลังสินค้าและขนส่ง
- วิเคราะห์และเปรียบเทียบต้นทุน เวลาในการส่งมอบ และเงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน
- สนับสนุนเอกสารนำเข้า และดำเนินการด้านพิธีการศุลกากร (ถ้ามี)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end purchasing processes: sourcing, quotations, negotiation, PO issuance, and follow-up
- Maintain and expand vendor database, both local and international (China, EU, etc.)
- Ensure materials/services meet technical specifications and project requirements
- Track order status and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely delivery
- Compare cost, lead time, warranty, and payment terms across vendors
- Support import documentation and customs clearance when applicable
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ:
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ วิศวกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์จัดซื้ออย่างน้อย 5 ปี โดยเฉพาะในสายพลังงาน โครงการก่อสร้าง หรือระบบอัตโนมัติ
- ใช้งานโปรแกรม ERP ได้ เช่น Ecount, SAP
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง และการติดตามงานที่ดี
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ (โดยเฉพาะการติดต่อกับต่างประเทศ)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years experience in procurement (preferably in energy, automation, or construction sector)
- Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., Ecount, SAP)
- Strong negotiation, documentation, and follow-up skills
- Good command of English (especially for international purchasing)
