Responsibilities
- รับผิดชอบการขายสินค้าในกลุ่ม B2B ให้กับลูกค้าธุรกิจ เช่น โรงงานเสื้อผ้า (Garment), สิ่งทอ (Textile) และอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ค้นหาและพัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่ (New Business Development) ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการลูกค้า พร้อมนำเสนอสินค้าที่เหมาะสม
- วางแผนการขาย เจรจาต่อรอง และปิดการขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ดูแลลูกค้าเดิม (Key Account) สร้างความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาว และเพิ่มยอดขายซ้ำ (Repeat Order)
- ประสานงานกับทีมภายใน เช่น ฝ่ายผลิต และฝ่ายพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อส่งมอบงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Sales B2B อย่างน้อย 2 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ใน Textile / Garment / Manufacturing จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี สามารถสื่อสาร นำเสนอ และเจรจาต่อรองได้
- มีทักษะด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า (Relationship Management)
- มีทักษะด้านการขาย การโน้มน้าว และการปิดการขาย
- ใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้ดี (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- มีความกระตือรือร้น มุ่งเน้นเป้าหมาย และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
