Responsibilities
Job Summary: Multi-site Management at Krungthai Autombile Co., Ltd
Drive sales performance and operational excellence across all branches. You are expected to lead the front-line team, improve closing rates, and ensure peak efficiency through these core pillars:
- Field-Based Monitoring: Real-time on-site sales performance tracking across all branches.
- Data-Driven Diagnosis: Analyzing branch data to identify root causes of missed targets.
- Sales Recovery Execution: Implementing immediate action plans to regain sales momentum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Sales Management: Strategize and drive total sales performance to consistently achieve company targets.
- Hands-on Optimization: Drive conversion rates and solve real-time sales challenges.
- Team Excellence : Elevate sales team capabilities across branches and maintain high-quality sales standards.
- Strategic Inventory Control: Manage and balance stock rotationto ensure efficient inventory turnover within specified timelines.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales Management or Operations within the Automotive/Dealer industry.
A high-performing Supervisor ready to step up, or a Branch Manager seeking multi-site challenges.
Hands-on Execution | Proactive | strong logical thinking.
