Responsibilities
- วางแผนและออกแบบ Test Cases รวมถึง Test Scenarios สำหรับการทดสอบซอฟต์แวร์
- ดำเนินการทดสอบซอฟต์แวร์ทั้งแบบ Manual และ Automated ตามแผนที่กำหนด
- ระบุ บันทึก และติดตามข้อบกพร่อง (Defects) โดยใช้เครื่องมือจัดการ Bug Tracking
- จัดทำเอกสารประกอบการทดสอบ เช่น Test Reports และ Test Summary
- ประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์เพื่อแก้ไขข้อบกพร่อง
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของซอฟต์แวร์ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดก่อนการส่งมอบ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 0-5 ปีในงานทดสอบซอฟต์แวร์ หรือมีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ความเข้าใจในวงจรการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ (SDLC) และวงจรการทดสอบซอฟต์แวร์ (STLC)
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานเครื่องมือจัดการ Test Case และ Bug Tracking เช่น Jira, TestLink
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์การใช้ Automated Testing Tools จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
