- วิเคราะห์ความจำเป็นในการฝึกอบรม (Training Needs Analysis)
- ออกแบบหลักสูตรด้านเทคนิคอุตสาหกรรม
- ดำเนินการเป็นวิทยากรและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์, วิทยาศาสตร์, ครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไปในด้านการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม การฝึกอบรม การพัฒนาบุคลากร และการบริหารโครงการ
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม
