Responsibilities
• Source, compare, and select suppliers/vendors to ensure the best quality and terms.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Process and issue Purchase Orders (POs) through the company's system.
• Track and coordinate deliveries to ensure they are on schedule.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth procurement process.
• Prepare and systematically file all purchasing-related documents.
• Prepare summary reports and conduct monthly/quarterly supplier performance evaluations.
Qualifications
• Male/Female, age 22 years old up.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1-10 years of experience in a purchasing role.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Meticulous, honest, and able to work well under pressure.
