Responsibilities
- Take care of domestic & overseas customers (since PO receipt until delivery)
- Take care of sales & forecast & Any reports, follow up PO, handing reports
- Cooperate with other relevant departments
- Monitoring customer’s shipment status.
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Female, aged 24 years old and above.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Export Customer Service, Manufacturing, or After-Sales Service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good command of English
- Strong service mind and positive attitude.
