Responsibilities

- Plan and implement employee development programs aligned with organizational goals
- Analyze training and development needs across departments
- Design and coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning activities
- Support Talent Development, Career Development, and Succession Planning initiatives
- Manage Performance Management processes and Individual Development Plans (IDP)
- Collaborate with management and business units to enhance employee capabilities
- Monitor and evaluate development programs and prepare related reports

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- At least 0-3 years of experience in HRD, Learning & Development, or HR Business Partner roles
- Strong communication, coordination, and planning skills
- Good understanding of Competency Development, Training Management, and Talent Development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in LMS, Organization Development (OD), or Succession Planning is a plus
