Responsibilities
- ดูแลและจัดเก็บเอกสารด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานด้านความปลอดภัย
- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลและรายงานเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดทำแผนงานด้านความปลอดภัย
- ช่วยเหลือในการจัดกิจกรรมอบรมและรณรงค์ด้านความปลอดภัยในองค์กร
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยเบื้องต้นในพื้นที่ทำงาน
- ควบคุมเอกสารด้าน ISO และควรคุมเอกสารภายในของแผนก
- จัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ความรู้พนักงานด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ , บริหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านความปลอดภัย 1-3 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยเบื้องต้น
- มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office , Canva , Data studio , App Sheet , Cap cut และอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถทำงานภายใต้การกำกับดูแลได้
